Dolphin Destiny Adventure Excursions, will provide services based on these Terms and Conditions. The client's acceptance of verbal or written confirmation, and/or a deposit or final payment for services, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that airfares are subject to change until ticketed. Prices in the travel industry are in a constant state of flux. While we do our utmost to maintain stability and accuracy in pricing, all prices indicated in Dolphin Destiny Web Pages, and printed brochures, are subject to change without notice.

Booking Conditions

All costs are in US Dollars and are subject to changes in local tax rates and increases by suppliers. Also, all costs are subject to currency fluctuations and cost quoted can only be guaranteed when full payment is received. All costs reflect Dolphin Destiny cash discounts and are valid if payment is made by check. If payment is required to be made by credit card an additional fee will be charged at 3%.

Deposits and Payments

* Dolphin Destiny requires a minimum of $300 per person deposit with the balance due 60 days prior to departure.

Documentation Requirements

Passports work best everywhere! For travel to Mexico or Cayman one must have a Passport, Certified Birth Certificate with raised seal, or U.S. Voter's Registration Card all accompanied with a photo ID. A valid passport is required for travel to Belize, Bonaire, Roatan, and all points beyond. Minors leaving the U.S. MUST have written, notarized permission to travel from the parent(s) not travelling.

All travelers must complete an Dolphin Destiny Adventure Excursions application, provide a copy of the photo page of their passport, and complete, sign, and return a general waiver of liability.

Scuba Divers must have valid Diver Certification Card.

Only certified divers may participate in dive packages. Scuba divers are fully and completely responsible for themselves and their equipment. The only equipment routinely supplied on dive packages are tanks, weights, and weight belt.

Cancellations must be received in writing.

Most resorts, airlines and tour operators do not give refunds for deposits or final trip payments. We highly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Dolphin Destiny Adventures will provide a travel insurance quote upon request.

No refund or transfer of any unused portion of land package is permitted. Airfares are frequently non-refundable. Price, choice of hotel, other services, scheduling, etc . are subject to availability and subject to change with no prior notice.

Responsibility and Liability

Dolphin Destiny Adventure Excursions, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, omission, irregularity or nonperformance occurring in connection with these arrangements.

The client understands and accepts all risks associated with any and all travel activities, and land and water sports engaged in, including but not limited to swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and boating
